The garden is beautiful, the swimmingpool is well maintained.. The housekeeping was okay, we were satisfied. We hired a bungalow, near the swimmingpool. The bungalows need to be renovated, there are to many things not working or poor maintained. That is a pity, because the complex is a nice place.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area with a short distance to local restaurants and the new Terminal 21 shopping center. It also takes only a 1km walk to get to the beginning of the beach road. The rooms are quiet and spacious enough. The pool area is wonderful and the pool bar is serving drinks and snacks. The breakfast is good with different kinds of Thai and western options. This hotel has an excellent value for the price.

Very sorry. The staff is incapable and not attractive. They speak bad English. Very very bad hotel. The reception is very bad. I hate this hôtel !!!!! I suppose it would be easy to find better …. No other comment. Avoid it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is clean garbage, rats everywhere, cockroaches, the staff does not speak any language, not even English, and the way they treat people is terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, stay away from me Also pay attention to invoicing, there is already a lot of fraud, pay attention to the signatures on the invoices

Returned to the Green Park Resort for 2 week's in October. Stayed in the garden view wing. These rooms are basically the same as the Pool View rooms but not renovated. Saying that they are absolutely fine and offer the same facilities just a little older in style. Only issue with rooms is some day's they were not serviced until 4pm,this may have been due to lack of staff and a busy hotel. The hotel was very busy with Russian visitors when we were there so this must be a popular hotel at Russian Travel Agencies. Breakfast was fine I could usually find something I liked each morning. The Thai food on offer was usually a good bet. The pool as everyone mentions is lovely. This visit there were more sun beds and even parasols which was great. Only downside was the extremely late arrival of pool towels every day. This is something that needs to be resolved. If the pool is open from 7am then towels need to be available from 9am at the very latest (management please take note of this and resolve as guest were becoming quite annoyed with staff). Great location for Terminal 21, Baht busses and Beach Road. If you are on a budget and looking for a good hotel, big pool, decent rooms and great location then try the Green Park Resort.
